Ken Carpenter
Ken Carpenter is a Kentucky native and a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture with thirty-six hours of Economics training. He has attended countless sales training sessions and has served as the instructor in numerous sessions. Ken has trained more than seventy-five salespeople over his forty-year Sales and Marketing career.
Ken has worked with such businesses and agencies as Southern States Cooperative; University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service; Ciba-Geigy Corp; United Agri Products; J. C. Penney Company; Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.; Conklin Company; Kentucky Fertilizer and Agriculture Chemical Association; and several smaller businesses. He is licensed with twelve major insurance companies.
He has held positions such as store manager; sales manager, sales rep, salesman, department manager; licensed independent insurance agent, executive secretary; leasing agent, recruiter of youth and adult volunteers, and business owner.
Ken has worked with a large array of products, such as appliances, jewelry, recreational vehicles, agricultural chemicals, horticultural supplies, lawn and garden products, life, health, and accident insurance, and much, much more.
Ken resides in Middletown, Kentucky, and is available for speaking engagements. He recently established the Middletown Sales and Marketing Institute to offer Sales and Marketing training to all those interested.
